NEF Pardner Pump
« on: August 15, 2008, 03:08:57 AM »
I just scanned through some pages in this forum and didn't see much about the pardner pump.  I picked one up used about 4 months ago for $100 and decided to make it a little project.  It quickly became my favorite fun gun and my go-to home defense gun.  These are built like tanks.

All the accessories on the gun are made for the remington 870, so this is proof that they fit.  I still have a couple of things I want to do to it. I would love to hear some feedback and thoughts.

Thanks
Adam

I see your somewhat of a newbie.  Welcome!  ;D

The NEF pump has not had a loyal following around these parts.  Primarily due to the manufacturer.

It does seem to do what folks ask.  I don't recall reading much in the way of negative comments about it.   When it first arrived on the market, I contacted NEF for info.  I was told that it was as much a copy of an 870 as could be without infringing on patent rights.  Seems the newer version is as well.

Looks like you did a nice job on yours.  Enjoy!   ;)

I really like the Realtree Camo. version.  It's awesome looking.  The fact that it's made in China (and only slightly cheaper than a real 870 puts me off.)  I hate China made goods, and everything about China.
