7-30 Waters in a Win 94

Anyone have any experiance with a Win 94 chambered in 7-30 Waters ?

Yes i have had 2 with 20in barrels,and still have one with 24in barrel.I love the 24in barrel.It will give you the ballistics quoted for the 7x30.While the 20inchers will not.I love the sight radius of the longer barrel also.

The factory 120grs are fine at 2700fps-1940fpe.Bumped up by handloading to 2800fps-2055fpe with 120gr Nosler FP,they even better.But for the big boys I prefer to use a 140gr Hornady with 34.0grs of H-335 for 2600fps-2102fpe or a 154gr Hornady with 37.0grs of H414 for around 2400fps-1900fpe.Accuracy is excellent at 1" at 100yds with all handloads and 3x9 Leupold and 24in barrel.
