Need Help...string and harness
« on: August 21, 2008, 06:13:29 PM »
I just bought a used high country machined supreme and im thinking about getting new strings but where is a good place to find them and what exactly am i looking for.  I understand the string its marked on the bow 59 inches then it says harness 43 ok so i need 2 of those because one goes to each side but where can i find the harness strings.  They have to be different because one end seems to have two loops one attaches at each side of the limb.

So tell me a little bit about this harness thing...the first bow i had still had cables...that was pretty straight forward.  And where is a good place to find the strings that i need

Your local bow pro will be able to steer you right. Gander Mt., and Sportsman's have full timers.  I was always pleased with their work.
Young guys should hang out with old guys; old guys know stuff
