I had a 28ga. Bobwhite that shot 1 1/2ft left of POA at 25 yards. The front trigger was off the scales (over 12 pounds) and the rear about 8. I called the customer service dept. in K.C., received a "return number authorization" and sent it in. They couldn't have be more courteous, helpful, and quick to take respond. Problem was, they could not fix the problem, nor replace it quickly. The service manager said the Bobwhite small gauges were very hard to get in the U.S. He also said reducing the "pull" on the triggers was rather difficult to do because of the design. After waiting a few months to receive a "like" replacement, I elected to "upgrade" to a "Ringneck" at a better price than I could have received at a gun store or "show". I received my new gun within 3 working days of the request! The wood on the Ringneck turned out to be "gorgeous" and it shot to point of aim when I "Patterned" it. The single "mechanical" trigger broke at 5 pounds on the right barrel and 6.5 on the left. I'm taking it on a dove hunt in western Oklahoma next week to "break it in". I am well pleased with CZ's U.S. customer service even if Turkey may have some initial problems with their SXS shotgun line. I felt I was treated well as a customer. (My other two CZ's are from the Czech Republic.)
