Can you order parts?

While getting a stuck case removed  I cut the expander ball on a 30.06 RCBS full length die.  Can I order just the screw-on expander ball or do I have to get a new die?  Seems like I get more than my share of stuck cases.  I am using the Hornady spray lube.  Maybe I need to wait longer for it to dry?

I called this morning and they are sending me an expander -decapping assembly - FREE.  I don't know of any company in existance today that does that when a part is damaged by the user!  I call that Customer Support!

I've tried most of the different lubes.  The hornady works ok, but it does need to dry.  Also, when the can gets nearly empty, toss it.  I prefer imperial sizing die wax for bottleneck cartridges.
