So, if the President doesn't go to the convention, he is a coward. If he did go, do you think you would be posting stories about "Republicans party while Gulf coast blows away! They just don't care about Americans!" Suppose the President flew up to Alaska to the hidden Republican base and used their secret weather control machine to turn off the hurricane? Would that be alright? Probably not, because....well....."BUSH stinks". Right?

It's much easier to blame somebody like the president. Single sole person, instead of the whole. Congress, business, union's, bankers. Bush didn't force anybody to run up their credit card debt. Buy that extra home that,now, can't be flipped for a tidy sum. Bush forced China to buy all that steel,oil, and ship back all that quality merchandise to the Walmart/K-Mart,Sears store. It was Bush that forced RCBS and Lee to go over seas for their castings. All the car manufacture's because labor over seas is 1/4 or less than here in the states. Lets blame Bush. Alot easier than admitting that we all had a part in it. 2 main things that I see that Bush really did screw up on, immigration and spending. Should have gotten tougher on one, and less on the other. gypsyman

The news media puts Bush in the worst light they can, just like they did with Nixon. All most people "know" is what the news media says, and the people they talk to only know what the news media says so hardly anyone who does not hang out in the blogs realizes just how much the news media controls what people think.

Get away from the opinion pieces and see what Bush II (and Nixon) actually have done, I think even supporters will be surprised.

And, why are some people still running against Bush II? It's not like he can get re elected.

(Hint: Soros hates his guts, and is very, very good at arranging for those who say what he likes to get rewarded.)

Actually the press/media have a duty to pick this thing apart to see what makes it tick.

I don't have a problem with the press picking them apart as long as they do the same to Obama & Biden. There's more than enough silt & sludge around Obama and Biden and the press treats them like royalty. I'm very surprised that you and MS are not showing the same outrage with the mass media refusal to vet Obama & Biden. Any objective view of the reporting can only conclude that the main stream is fully and completely protecting these two.

If McCain went to a white racist church for 1 day, they still be all over it. Obama goes for 20 years and claims he never heard or knew about Wrights racist rants! BS, everyone knew about Wright being an anti- American racist. Even Oprah left the church because it got to "hot" for her years ago. This guy wants to be president and the press lets him completely skate by.

If McCain spent 4 minuets in a room with William Ayers, they still would be digging in. Obama spends more then just a few fleeting moments with the guy and calls him "his friend" and the press lets him skate on by....

Obama literally has almost no legislative record in the US Senate or in the Illinois legislature. His biggest accomplishment is 130 or so "present" votes on key legislation. He's spent the last 2 years of his Senate term running for president and he has no accomplishments in the first 2 years. Most American people that do like Obama have the perception that this guy has spent his whole life authoring laws and fighting for legislation and sponsoring legislation. He has done literally nothing more then authored 2 books and travelled the cocktail party circuit of Springfield & Chicago Illinois and Washington. Not to mention his close business relationship with Tony Rezco the slum lord who's under federal indictment....

The elite main stream media should be held liable for dereliction of duty and mass maleficence. They are as corrupt as the day is long and vigilate in portraying a charade of lies on the American people.

All happening in front of our eye's, live and for the complete and total open public viewing and yet no outrage from the 9-11 truth quest crusaders.
