have it drilled and tapped for weaver mounts by a competent gunsmith.

B-Square makes a 3/8" dovetail to Weaver adapter.

Errr why not just buy some decent mounts and save the hassle?

using an adaptor adds another layer of tolerences so the possibility of more errors. Drilling and tapping does the same really so if it's grooved already why not use them with proper mounts?

Weaver makes (or used to make) what they called a 1" tip-off mount. These are just Standard rings that will clamp on the grooved reciever but allow for a 1" tubed scope to be installed on the top side. I hope that I am in the ballpark regarding your question...This is a low profile rock solid setup when it comes to the grooved reciever. I have a set on the WMR plus a reg L.R.

Another alternative that is even more solid than the 1" Tip-off mount is a mount meant for airguns.  It mounts like the Weaver adaptor shown, but has the rings as part of the base.  It is really rock solid since it has a long bearing area on the 3/8" dovetail.  B-Square makes one, as well as RWS and even Crosman.

Nice work on those mounts that you made and I can smell a CNC mill for sure?
I would love to own one of these as I did ok in two consecutive classes. I still use the computer program just to keep my skills...My classes were not CNC specific but were required as part of an Engineering/Electrical & Instrument degree. Those CNC mills & lathes sure were fun though.

Thank goodness you made enough for all of us to enjoy! Hotrod9mm's CZ/Anschutz Weaver adapter rails rock!
Just the thing for my 453 Varmint!.......Oh, and don't forget the action screws He makes as well, all top shelf and it DOES come with a matching wood screw, FLUSH mount, and a first class finish on that Torx head too! :)
He told me He'd have ALL of the screws for virtually any CZ rimfire within the next coupla weeks. Now I can get my action screw torque "Just right" everytime.

Welcome To Graybeard Outdoors!...

Thanks. The main reason I did mine was I got tired of waiting for CZ to get more rails in stock(over a year now).
I put one on my "Trainer" so I can use my Mueler APV with Burris Zee Quick Detach rings and still use the iron sights.

Not the best pic but you get the idea...
