September 2, Good morning Montana
« on: September 02, 2008, 06:28:55 AM »
Well you know what they say, if you don't like the weather in Montana just wait a few hours and it will change.  Woke up this morning to fog, dense can't see across the street fog.  Now its clear blue sky, and typical beautiful Montana weather.  It's in the high 60's right now and probably will go to the 70 before the day is out. Man, I love this place.

Found some of the components for the wife's weather station in a box I unpacked yesterday.  Will have to get that set up for these morning reports.

I think I will load the wife and dogs up in the truck and take a drive up north out of town this afternoon so they can get out and run. The dogs, not the wife.  She doesn't run much anymore.

Maybe I will have a gopher report this evening.

It "might" reach 70 for a high? I'm not sure it dropped to that last night for a low here in Bama. I'm sure we'll see 90 or better if it's not already there.

After  you practice putting your wife's weather station together maybe you can drop down here and set mine up. I got it months ago and haven't been able to get Matt to get it set up for me yet. He's too busy making changes to the site and other such stuff. I looked it over and tried to pick up the instruction manual it's heavier than I'm allowed to lift so figured with my technology challenged abilities I best not mess with it.

Sorry we can't all live in paradise.  :)

Well mine did but that dang instruction book weighted so much I was afraid I'd throw my back out picking it up. I think an encyclopedia weights less.

Are you saying that you could roll it up tight, and make a fire log out of it?
