what are yuall useing for pack baskets?i priced a few of the wood ones online and they are mega pricey for the size i need.i got a couple of cheep packframes and was thinking of fastening a plastic tub to them for a trappers packbasket. anybody done this?

 I spent the money and got a fiber tuff basket.Had it for years and it is still like the day I got it. A semi runnung over it, might destroy it--but not much else will.

Years ago I had made my own pack. I had made it out of marine grade canvas and triple lined the bottom for the weight of my traps and for wear purposes. I had also sewn pockets on the outside for scents & wire. I had also sewn on some loops about four inches long for a spade and other hand tools.
