help with a marlin 44 mag rifle

 my marlin 1894 kicks 2 out at once and jams the action how can I fix it

Are you saying, the tubular magizine is letting two out at a time?

Go to marlinowners.com and do a search for "marlin jam" there is a fix that is explained in detail.
Most likely cause is a dirty tube or loose loading gate screw. There are a couple of possibilities, so read a few of them and start with the easiest first.
