Firing Pin and spring for a Revelation 350A shotgun

Can anyone get me started in the right direction on finding a firing pin for this single barrel shotgun?  Also, how would I find out who made it for Western Auto?  I can't find a serial number on it.

It seems your Western Auto 350A is a Savage Mod 94D.
