Cast Bullets for AR-15s

I'm interested in using cast bullets in my ARs.  I have a 20" 1/12 (Tactical) and a 26" 1/9 (Target) twist, both in .223 (5.56 NATO).  Does anyone have thoughts/experiences that they would share?
