I just purchased a 336 c in 35 Remington.  I also got two boxes of shells I want to know when it was made. I
think about 1964 or 65.I spent $250 for it.

I can't find the serial number in Faq's My has a single letter g and 4 numbers comes up no record

If your serial number starts with a letter, just enter it in the lower window.  A "g" would mean born in 1950.

I went there and is as instructed but put in too many numbers made in 1950 well I have a 58 year old gun.  I think old is better.   Thanks for the info and getting me to do this right.  This gun does not even have any wear marks stock is perfect I hate to shoot it.

What is estimated value of this weapon?  It is not drill and taped pistol grip 95 % condition wood is almost perfect no wear marks on barrel. This is not an offer to sell just need info!

I couldn't begin to give you a number, but I imagine that the actual price someone was willing to pay would vary much by region.  The .35 is really popular in some places, and almost unheard of in others, from what I'm told.
