I guess myself to overturn Roe VS Wade, I'd give a jury pardon to anyone who commited a crime against an abortion clinic or doctor. Simple country boy justice.

They did hold the majority for a while, but that does not explain how the President would overturn RBW, as stated before when the Rep. Congress passed the partial birth ban, a Judge overturned it.

So again I ask, how would the Pres. do this alone & by what legal means?

For the record, I know how laws are passed and I know there are, and should be more, limitations to the power the president holds. I just find it funny that he can jump through hoops and declare war without congress, but he can't make it illegal to kill babies.  I guess he can break the law to end lives, just not save them.

You are not being logical or factual. I am not a Bush fan, but do you think that if Congress had passed a bill that Bush would not have signed it? He said he would & again, while the Rep. were in power in Congress, they passed the partial Birth ban & he passed it & a "Judge" overturned it. Do yo actually think Congress would then try a general ban after the "judge" overturned the partial ban, why? He appointed the Judges on the Supreme Court that he was allowed to appoint. Do you know that the Socialist Demoncraps have kept him from appointing scores of lower level judges? Where is your evidence that he would have not signed an abortion ban? Now, without a bill from Congress to sign, how would this President or any other President ban abortion. By what legal means would he do it. Only by answering that can your statement have any validity. We are still waiting.

To just say he is a murderer is just like Spike Lee saying Bush blew up the levee in New Orleans. One is as logical as another.

Check out the war powers act . He can start one but can't fund it long with out approval and support of Congress . It is often debated but stop and think , if we were being invaded or our security was at stake would you want the same debate about what to do like we are seeing on the economy ?

I don't care how it's worded, no law banning abortion is going to pass the SCOTUS until we have at least one or two more conservatives that might overturn Roe v. Wade.  What part of that don't you understand?
