New Tender Wood!!!!

Been a while since I have been around. I thought I would show some new wood I made for 3 of my pistols.

#1- G2 with a 13" MGM 30-30AI barrel. Wood is Claro Walnut with a satin finish.





#2- G2 with a 13" OTT 6.5TC/U Step-Up barrel. Steps to a full 1". Wood is fancy English Walnut with a satin finish. The forearm made to show the fluteing on the barrel.





#3- G2 14" SSK Vent Rib 6.5JDJ barrel. Wood is fancy English Walnut.

As is usual Dave your Wood and Finishes are a work of art. I don't know how you can take those Handguns out to shoot them. I'd be afraid of dinging them up.

 I have a question about the G2 14" SSK Vent Rib 6.5JDJ barrel. For the scope mount, did you notch the vent rib? or was the rib cut off and mount added?

The scope mount is machined into the full lenght rib by SSK.
