muzzleloader pressure

how much pressure is created with 150 gr. pyrodex pellets pushing a 250 gr. 45 cal. sabot out of my optima elite? i don't know how to convert cup to psi. thank you in advance for the info.

In the October, 2007 issue of American Rifleman magazine Bryce Towsley tested all the B/P substitutes.  The gun was a Knight KBR.  Pressure with three 50 grain Pyrodex pellets and the 250 grain SST/Shockwave bullet averaged 19,700 psi. 


CUP does not readily convert to psi.
