Stanley Arms Co.

Can someone please tell me anything about a Stanley Arms Co. SxS with exposed hammers.
On the left side of the receiver it has Stanley Arms Co.
On the rib between the barrels it has "Belgium Fine Laminated Steel".
This is a 12 Gauge and I can find no other writings on the gun.
