Mag ? for Hi-Point
« on: October 01, 2008, 02:53:06 PM »
Does anyone know what I have to do to get the mags to fall out cleanly when I press the button.  I don't like grabbing the mag when it is empty.  It is a 9mm Compact.  Thanks.

Some pistols are designed to allow the magazine to drop free and some are not. Unless you are playing one of the action pistol games it hardly matters. In a real life defensive situation the chances of ever changing magazines is pretty close to zero. Why would anyone actually WANT to drop their magazine in the dirt? Unless playing one of those games or having watched too many Bruce Willis movies.
The story of David & Goliath only demonstrates the superiority of ballistic projectiles over hand weapons, poor old Goliath never had a chance.

There's a HP forum on this site. You might ask there.
