I had photoshop 4.0 on my old computer. It died and I had to get a new one. I am running windows vista now and 4.0 doesn't work with it. Can anyone reccommend a comperable program that won't cost a fortune?

I have photoshop sc2 and I also sometimes use Corel Paint shop pro is a good program .
not sure what you need but that might be a good one to check out.
