I'm probally not the best person to judge your craziness or lack there of.  In my opinion you are WAY more sane than most. I don't think Dale is the least bit crazy, he is just a little confused about certain things.

For instance...

When the Secret Service comes to visit him and wants to talk about his Internet ramblings on GBO, I am pretty sure Dale won't understand why such high profile people would want to talk to him. 

All he was doing is asking a question, just to find out what other people think.

GB. I have been thinking about this for 10 hours now,since I read your post. I have to admit I sometimes drink to much but I do a pretty good job of keeping track of time. I have respect for people and would not call anyone at 3:00am in the morning are you sure it was me? If I had drank enough to not remember calling you I would have most certainly been passed out drunk by then because I am not up at that time to often. I do know I interrupted your dinner one evening and if you are sure it was me that called you at 3:00 am I am truly sorry. That would be out of norm for me for sure. Can you tell me what I called you about? That might ring a bell. Did I sound drunk? Like I said this is not much like me but it could have happend if I had to much to drink. Like I said if it was me I am really sorry. Dale

I think that you have some goofy ideas, but it is still free country (don't criticize certain things on the internet or on the phone).

"did I sound drunk" reminds me of the time that I wrote a note to my roommates condemning them for eating my groceries in the fridge.  The problem was that I put the note on the fridge and wrote on the paper......and across the fridge door and back on the paper.....and across the fridge door.

Yup you were drunk as a skunk Dale. Had some idea for a new forum you wanted to run by me as I recall. You did call next day I think during normal hours and apologize and all was forgiven it just seemed an appropriate time to mention it in conjunction with this question of yours. :o

  seems common sense to me, but what do i know.  anyone that pulls that crap with me is off the list of people i call friends.    matter of fact, i cant remember the last time it happened; which tells me i must be living the right way.  and, no dale, i aint giving you my number so you can call me next time you get your geek on.
