i got a manual meat grinder with a v belt pulley and crank handle in a trade and i bolted it down and ground some 07 boned meat and it is awesome. i have a nu 5 electric but always had to wait on it and clean blade every 2 min. i process 10-15 that i kill every year and this thing is a lifesaver.i have a 3 hp tiller motor motor i may mount to it once i get a frame and safety guards in place then i can control rpm's with throttle on briggs and stratton, run exhaust pipe outside and use heat from motor to heat 12x24 insulated shed?will it work?should i adapt it to a different pulley and use my harley to power it or sell harley and buy some horses and a turnstile gait? waiting on some advice.haha

I thought the Briggs and Stratton motor would be just the ticket....

It's hard to argue with success! After ya get it all working the way you want it to then you oughta try the Briggs!
It's getting cooler here in the SE part of the state, fall's finally in the air....
