Any body know where to buy 28 ga.shotshells by the case at a reasonable price or at regular price for that matter? Horsefeathers.

CAC Associates, P.O. Box 566, 136 Lazor Road, Ebensburg, PA 15931, 814-472-4430 carries 28 ga in Remington, Winchester, Fiocchi, and Rio product lines. They also carry reloading components for 28 ga. It is one of two places my club buys their claybirds from, and we generally piggyback on the club order. They deliver by 18 wheeler directly to the club in Virginia. We've also dealt with Parks & Sons out of North Carolina, but I don't have their info handy at the moment.

Horsefeathers, it may be too off the wall for you, but BPI is selling a 3500 hull case of new, primed Fiocchi 2.5" hulls for $139. A roll crimper with it runs $20. I figger I just bought me a lifetime's supply of 28 gauge shooting that might run me $2.50 a box by the time I get them loaded.

Hulls are in and I'm loading. Roll crimper works great and no press is needed other than the drill press I already had.
