If you have one, how's it holding up?

I've got a 2" Tracker but only have about 100 rounds through it so far.  Seems to be holding up okay, but ask again after another 500 rounds or so...  ;)  Of course I'm loading 240 gr.cast boolits to only 850 - 900 fps so it darn well better be able to handle that for a very large number of rounds!   :-\  Boy I hope GB doesn't read this post...  :-[

BTW I just reamed out the cylinders.  The bore slugged out at .430 and the cylinder throats were .4285.   :o  Reamed 'em to .431 and will put another 30 rounds through it this weekend.

There are times when I want to carry a snubbie instead of my 1911...and I want BIG bullets. The .45LC variant REALLY appeals to me as my dad has his Dillon set up for that round.

Nope just most of them. I try to be sure to read those made by folks who messed up and bought a Taurus even tho I warned them not to.  ;D

I use the What's New since last visit feature so what I see each time I visit is a full list of all posts made since the last time I checked in. I scan down them to see who posted what since I visited and decide from there what to open and read and what to ignore.

I have a 44 special Model 441 I bought about 10 years ago (before GB started badmouthing them, I believe) and it's still running just fine.  I have probably put about 6,000 rounds through it and it will still put all 5 shots in an 8" circle at 25 yards, which doesn't seem too bad to considering the 3" barrel and its intended use.
