Not yet, got 100 of the cannelured version from Cabelas last year, all I've done so far is hypothotize on it, it's in the FAQs. ;) Krochus and jerkface11 shot them 3 years ago.

I've got the non-cannelured bullets from MidWay and have been very plesed with the accuracy when pushed with Lil'Gun powder.

I used 350 gr XTP's (pushed by H110) for deer season last year in Indiana. Got a 9 pt buck and two does on opening morning. Was the first trip for the 500. I am thinking it may be just a bit much for deer and I do have a .44 to use also. But it's nice to have the big boy.

I wonder too if you guys use the factory sights or scope??? I have a red dot on mine but not sure how it will hold up.

Here is mine:

Its wearing a Factory Ultra base, Leupold PRW rings and a Leupold VXII 2X7 matte with a German reticule.

I also now have these stocks on it.  ;D

It shoots good enough for what I want.

With a cast 440 gr bullet and Lil gun powder, I am getting some good velocities, too!!

It's just an optical illusion due to camera angle.

 LOL..
For YEARS every time my pop picks up one of my rifles w/a scope, he proclaims this one is crooked too!!  ::) Little does he know, I have owned, and use a scope level for at least 10 years... He must shoot slightly canted.

Tim must be right. I know its level, but it sure do look crooked!!  ;D

I put the Weaver peep from my BC on my 500 with the stock front firesight and have been very happy with it. It does blow a big hole and I unfortunately hit my first deer taken with it right on the left shoulder. It looked as if a frag grenade went off in there. He didn't run.

The scope is not level, it is down hill to the right.  Larry

I agree with Tim.
It's just an optical illusion due to camera angle.
If you look at the frame it looks like it is bent to the left, which I would findhard to believe.
