taurus mod 62 and 63 scout scope mount

has anybody used this mount? how sturdy is it ? does it hold its Zero? I know it mount to the rear site dove tail how does it attatch to it and will it work on the Rossi mod 62 .I guess iam asking is it worth fooling with. getting older need scope have had rifle for 25 years

I have a BRNO pre-model 1 that I believe dates from around 1944 when the germans occupied the from the CZ armory in BRNO, Czechoslavakia.  It was commissioned by the Germans as a military trainer and is the action the current cz rimfires are derived from after the war.  Shoots at least as well with a scope as my finnfire and is the best open sight rifle I have.
