Seems the Mccain camp is talking smack about Palin. Unnamed sources say she is not playing by the playbook she is like an outa control diva. Heard this on nancy grace just a little while ago. Has Mccain lost his mind? Lets hope she makes it to office where she can really shake things up. I'm no longer on the fence with her GOOD JOB SARAH.

One poster mentioned that Palin was posturing for a run in 2012.  How is that different than Hillary who moved to NY so she could get elected to the US Senate for her run in 2008?  She couldn't get elected to the US Senate from her home State, so moved to one with more Democratic exposure to get elected.  At least Palin was elected to Gov of her home State with the highest popularity of any Gov in the US.  I really do not see how anyone could possibly ignore the fact that Palin has instituted change toward honest and open government.  Her firing of Monnegan was justified.  It was interference by her family with regard to firing her ex brother in law, not from her personally.  The investigation over the alledged ethics charges were initiated by her on herself to prevent in appearances of wrong doing.  What is the problem?  The media has taken every inuendo from anyone remotely dissatisfied with Palin and made a mountain from a molehill.  The issue at stake is Obama's liberal and socialistic policies better for the country than moderate McCain/Palin's smaller government philosophy and reduced taxation.  The Anchorage Daily News today endorsed Obama and papers, bloggers and liberals have broadcast this all over the Net.  The remarkable thing about this endorsement by the Anchorage Daily News is that this newspaper has to my knowledge for over 40 years, never and I mean never, endorsed a Republican for any office from Mayor, City Councilman, State Legislature, US Congress or President.  This paper has continuously endorsed a Democrat regardless of qualifications.  That is what the other media will not and has not acknowledged.  Palin's most aggresive advisary is a columnist and writer for the Anchorage Daily News and ran against her for Gov.  Just look up Andrew Halcro on the web.  It was his bashing of Palin, which got the State legislative liberals onboard regarding Troopergate, that the national media latched onto for dirt.  There are quite a few liberal dedicated and demented Democrats in Anchorage and the larger cities in Alaska.  Naturally the liberal Anchorage Daily News will print their side of the story to influence the voting public and sell newspapers.  Palin has brought change to Alaska with her election as Gov and open government against corruption.  She is every bit as qualified as Obama with more executive experience and much more honesty.  I believe most of Palin's dissidents are elitists liberals, who think of Alaskans as another Elmer Fudd, ignorant of world politics, lacking education and needing guidance from those who think they know better.  All one has to do is read the media and it will tell you so, along with context from those uninformed letters to the editor and bloggers who absolutely know what is best for Alaskans, much less what the nation needs.  Go Palin.

If this all goes to hell in a handbasket, as it appears to be headed, at least we will get our Sarah back.  I'm confident she will stand up to the Obama administration and Obama Supreme Court when they attempt to take away our state's rights.  She is sworn to uphold and defend our state constitution and state laws, which guarantee the individual right to keep and bear arms, including concealed weapons.

We probably have dark times ahead of us.  I'm seriously considering joining the Alaska State Defense Force.  I encourage other vets to consider this also.  We were granted Second Amendment rights for a reason, and it wasn't hunting.  We are free men and should act accordingly.  Remember Joan of Arc.

deltecs:  it appears the democraps, liberuls and media simply do not want to hear or read any truth other than what they belive.  They want what they want and they don't care if anything else is more truthful than their position.

They are, of course, fools and they are stupid.  They advoate for the one anti-American who would take their freedoms.  They just do not know or understand and their stupidty and his agenda may destroy the country.

Well, I think the streets are gonna burn if obama gets elected and I hope they burn even if he isn't.  I want him to lose just so those who supported him can riot against the loss so the rest of America, and the world, can see how socially immature and inept they are and what a mistake it was to even have him step forward; they don't win so they riot.  That should give fair notice to America that we could never survive as a nation with someonelike that in the whitehouse.

Newspapers - yep, they gonna burn too, at least financially at first, then he will re-write the first Amendment and either shut them down or proscribe to them what is to be printed.  It will be TASS (Russian for Truth) for sure.............. then think of how stupid that newspaper editor in Alaska will feel, if he isn't dragged from his office and strung up.

Only fools want this anti-American in office which is why they write such crap in the papers - they hope to swing the American public.  I just hope the American public is smarter than that but my hopes are dimming and yet, the majority of them will get what they deserve if he gets elected.

And, I also think that if he gets elected it won't just be the wealth that gets spread around, it will be the flames of civil unrest that will spread from one spot to the next until his presidency is consumed by internal strife.  And, there is also impeachment - if he gets into office he will make a worse mistake than the ol mashed potatoes stain on a blue dress did and it will either set him up for impeachment or begin the nation on a course of civil  unrest.

I don't think it will take the idiots in the cities too long before they see the food shelves bare or the gas stations out of fuel or armed national guard on the streets - then, when the hunger starts gnawing at their guts they will rethink who they voted for (maybe), if they aren't standing in the bread lines trying for something to eat.

When fuel gets too expensive and farmers cannot bring their produce to market people will start going hungry.  When concerns about armed street gangs and insurgents keep food retailers away from the cities people are gonna starve and it is always the starving masses who look to overthrow those they see as oppressors, usually the ones in office.

I am afraid my friend that there are dark days ahead.  If the Republicans lose at least you will be able to get your Governor back and I doubt very much she will tolerate any washington bs.  The greater the dissent on a state level the less effective any of his agenda items can be.  If he ever moves militarily it will be his downfall.

However, on another note, if he does ever make the mistake of making a military move against any separatist states I think the rest of the country who doesn't like their entrenched state governments will also move and establish a new order.  Hmmmm, gets one to thinkin', doesn't it....................JMTCW.  Mikey.

While I understand the frustration of people who don't want Obama elected, I don't get this "burn the streets, life is over for city dwellers" mentality.  It's not going to happen.

The truth is, the vast majority of this recession stuff is panic driven nonsense pushed by the main street media.  The media takes a kernel of truth (high fuel costs and bad mortgages) and pushes the panic button over and over until people start to believe it.  Think about how quickly this Wall Street panic took over.  Then the elected dummies threw a bunch of money @ the "problem" when they should have let the market correct itself.  Why? Because it's an election year. Period.

Once Obama wins and the media has their chosen one in the White House, watch how quickly the news goes from bad all the time to good (think about Clinton).  You can spin stories and statistics any way you wish and the media will go from the half empty glass mentality to the half full after next Tuesday.

It's all spin.

Well, from this point onward, if Obama is elected, I am not going to comply with any law he signs as President.  My defense is going to be that he is not qualified under the Constitution and has no right to sign into law any bill submitted by Congress and is thus constitutionally null and void.  His natural US citizenship will come into review as far as possible as the Courts allow.  I for one will not submit to Constitutional fraud or election fraud in a National Election, just because States determine vote qualifications differently than others.

Nor will I respect anything he signs into law for exactly the same reasons you just stated.  We need to all be buying cases of ammunition right now because I can see the writing on the wall.

safe your money for buying food and medication. You won't get much of a chance to use the ammo if it ever gets to the point that the military starts enforcing laws. Marshall law allows the use of military, at least the National Guard, dunno about regular Army units. If the Feds get involved with this you can only hope that the CO's refuse to follow an illegal Order.
