Ilion vs. barrel accesery program from h&r?

are these one and the same?  i have been away for a while and am not up to speed on what has happened.  if they are different, what does one offer that the other dosnt?  thanks for any help!

Remington bought Marlin/H&R early in 2008, closed the old Gardner MA plant, and moved production to their Ilion NY plant. H&R customer service is in Madison NC.

thanks for the fast reply.  so to make sure i understand, all guns sent to the accesary program, are being sent to the ilion factory?  thanks again, mike.
