Just read a news article, where, naturally, in California, a person hung a dummy,in a hang mans noose, for a Halloween decoration, outside his house, that looked like Sarah Palin. Wonder how long a dummy that looked like Obama, would hang, before you'ld have every news team, Jesse Jackson,Rev.Wright,Al Sharpton, in your face, calling you a hate mongoring,racist s.o.b.. And the FBI and the LA police call it,''just bad taste''. Sounds like to me, they just don't have the ''kahoonies'' to make it right. gypsyman

The race mongers Jackson/Sharpton/Farakahn must be shaking in there shoes. If Barrak Hussien Obama is elected it will ruin their racism buisiness.

I was thinking the same thing about a osama look-alike. Every news group in the US would be there.

As of tonight, 2 boys are in jail in Lexington, KY with various charges concerning the hanging of the effigy, bond sey at $7600.00 each. Yesterday, a resident in Clarksville, IN hung a Sarah dummy in his tree and was asked to take it down, which he did. Sarah was at a rally in southern IN last night.
I was listening to Michael Savage tonight on the way from work to home and he was talking about the U K incident and said he felt the boys were expressing their views and were innocent, another one sided event. He offered to help donate money to the family for legal defense and felt the UK president should be sued by both boys.

Not sure if the reaction would have been any different, but I think it is important to note that the person with the Sarah Palin dummy hung it on their own property. The boys who hung up the Barrack Obama dummy did so on a university campus. Also in a different part of the country. If you really want to try comparing apples to apples, I'd say have two home owners on same street, a few blocks away from each other, both hang up the respective dummies and see what happens.

The result might be the same. Might not. Either way keeping the variables of the situation as consistent as possible will lead to the most accurate data.

I see the difference as in the people that support Obama hate whites, even the ones that are white. The guys that hung Sarah's effigy were obviously from the Dem protected class bunch if you watch the video. The race mongers like Jackson/SHarpton/Farakahn claim that tthey cannot be racist because they are not the ones with the power. I have a feeling to these peoples only straight, white people are capable of a hate crime. And soon they are going to be in power. Not only will our 2nd ammenment be under attack, so will out 1rst.

I don't believe white supporters of Obama hate whites as much as they are going out of their way to support the minority candidate to prove a point. Point being that America is no longer racist - see we have a black president!

Troyboy you are right about the whites being a minority.Don't know what the actual numbers are but where I live it seems that for every one white person you have at least one and a half black ,one Mexican and a few Indonesians. Every fast food restaurant in all the little towns are run by black folks. Our local Walmart is mostly black. I went with my daughter to get a flu shot at the local health department last week and it was full (30 + people) of Mexicans and blacks waiting on free medical services. I have to pay and they get it free.

So what is new? This double standard has been in effect as long as I can remember. If a white person does or says something about someone of a different race they are being racist. If someone of a different race does the same thing against a white person the racist thing is never mentioned. If a white person calls the act racist they are ignored.

Yup, and if a black guy slugs a white guy it's simple battery but if a white guy slugs a black guy it's a "hate crime" with a more severe penalty.

And don't even get me started on that Affirmative Action BS.
