I just got a 12 ga H&R Topper.

I know nothing about it.  Can I get rifle barrels to fit this as with other H&R break-opens?

If I can, who sells them?  Barrel manufacturers??  Retailers??

No rifle barrels on shotgun frames, shotguns use cast iron SB1 frames, rifles(with a couple factory exceptions) use heat treated, investment cast alloy SB2 frames. Please read more on that in the FAQs and Help sticky. Accessory shotgun or muzzleloader barrels can be added at the factory if yours was made since 1987, build year info is in the FAQs too. Or you can buy second hand barrels and fit them yourself, that's in the FAQs too, spend some time in there and you'll learn a lot!! ;D
