Starting load Rem.700 / .270

I am switching to handloads in a Rem. 700 / .270 cal. Can you suggest some starting powders and charges for 130 and 140 grain Nosler Ballistic Tips?

Craig:  First get a reloading manual, then after reading and getting a understanding of the reloading process, then try a 45gr load of IMR-3031 behind a 130 gr bullet I load this ld and it does a fine job, havent tried any 140 gr bullets yet with the 270 but there is always tomarrow :D   JIM
