proof is in the pictures
« on: November 08, 2008, 01:10:54 PM »
1 shot  60 to 70 yards thru the wood. The several does that were 30 yards away almost ran over me. They didnt have a idea where the shot came from .  Not a huge rack but a nice eatin' buck. hahaha

I love hunting suppressed.

FYI - checked with a gunsmith friend...and out on the web...

better  be careful showing pics of your suppressor unless
you filed the proper paperwork with the BATF & paid the $200
filing fee...

could be potential federal violation issue...  :o

Anyhow, good shooting!!

Mike

Im to pretty to go to prison. I collect nfa stamps. :)   Its a tax not a filing fee. You are paying 200 dollars for a little stamp they stick on a form that looks a lot like a yellow sheet. Its not as hard a most think. You need

2 sets of finger prints
2 passport photos
2 citizenship forms (dumb as hell)
2 forms (form 1 you making the sbs, sbs, silencer)  (form4 SOT making the weapon)
A chief county LEO must sign the form1 or 4
and a one time 200 dollar tax.  send a personal check that way you will know when they cash it. :)

Its running 8 to12 weeks  to get it back.
