1.  if i have a load with 64g win pp and another load with 50g hornady sxsp that both shoot to the same point of impact at 100 yds, will they have the same velocity?
2.  is there a place to find winchester bullet/component load data?

Not likely.

ar15.com has a reloading forum under the "Armory" section. they have tons of links to reloading data, and if you do a search you'll probably find someone who asked the same question. Great resource for the EBR, just as GBO is for other platforms, espically the NEF.

1. ...same velocity? - I agree, not likely, probably within 300 fps of each other but both would be pretty flat to 100 yds with a minor variance in the POI like 0.1" at 100 yds.  The velocity and BC differences of the two loads will be more apparent further down range.

2. ...Winchester bullet/component load data?  - Complete loading info - No, however, data for Winchester powders are on the Hodgdon reloading site while you can find the BC of Winchester bullets on Winchester's webpage under their loaded ammunition listing (64gr PP, 3020 fps, BC=0.234)
