Picked up a couple of items at a large flea market yesterday. No cannons there. I did run across a guy selling ridiculously overpriced relics who had a couple of iron shot. They weren't 'cannonballs' as he claimed, too small and roughly cast, probably grapeshot. He wanted to keep them a lot worse than I wanted to buy them.
I've been looking for a small barrel to serve as a display powderkeg. The only thing I found was this old Briggs tobacco barrel:

It's too large to be correct scale for a powderkeg, but not as a storage barrel. With its removeable lid, it'll make a good container for small accessories:

Reminded me of this miniature (airline bottle size) that I have:
I don't drink, but it can hold my big bottle of locally produced Georgia Cane Syrup.
