I love my survivor, hated the stock. I put just a plain jane pallet wood stock on it for now, the thumbhole is on its way

my gun loves the 150gr core lokts, took a buck this year that was the biggest bodied deer ive ever taken, and it knocked him end over end on a running shot. It puts the bullet where it needs to be.
My cousin used this same gun this weekend to take a doe at 300-315yds (he's 6-7, so his strides are a bit longer than mine

), dropped about 10ft from where he was hit.
It may just be my new favorite rifle. Until I finally get my 30-30.
good luck, I really think you will like it, the stock can always be swapped out.
Dave.
