Another Interarms PIC thread
« on: November 11, 2008, 10:45:57 AM »
I snagged this svelte beauty at the Tulsa gunshow over the weekend. Practically new possibly unfired I stole it for $500  ;D

My plans are to add a WGRS aperture sight so not to ruin this rifle's perfect balance and lines. After all every rifle doesn't have to have a scope.

And to add icing to the cake it's chambered for that most Continental of all cartridges 7x57 Mauser

Ach ya, das Männlicher ist sehr schön. And the caliber is a great choice too. Nice find.

Nice Mannlicher, nice caliber.  Now you'll have to plan a trip to Austria to go stag hunting....

Krogus:  How was the Tulsa show this fall?  I didnt attend because they moved to Nov. instead of late Oct. and it conflicted with the opening weekend of deer season here, did they have the parking situation worked out?   Jim

Ahhh don't you mean Hirsch (Red Stag) and I do believe the season is open right now as it's the last knockings of the Rut which is mainly in October.

Great looking rifle, I'd really like to have one like that.

I think that's the first full stocked MarkX that I've seen! Sure is a purdy thang. Congrats on the find!
