9000 g mec

Hey guys I have a 9000 g mec and it has been setting for 4 or 5 years now. And it will not idex it just stays in 1 place . I cleaned it all up and lubed it but to no avail . Any one have this problem ? Jim

Call Mec, I'm sure they can walk you through to find out what's wrong, and barring that, they will rebuild it for you.

Either something broke or its not adjusted right.  The gas cyl might be worn out, you can buy a new one for $12.  Take it off and compress it and see if it re-extends...if not then thats you problem.  Also make sure the hook is getting engadged into the primer hole, that is what pulls the plate around to make it index.
