500 Pump 16 Gauge

I thought I remembered seeing one at a gun show many years ago. Now that I have been looking for one I can not find them anywhere. Were these made and where would a person begin to look for one. Thanks for any info.

Your not mistaken.  Mossberg produced a 16 ga Model 500 for many years.  They were known as the Model 500B (An "A" was the 12 ga. and "C" was the 20ga.  Retail models may have a different designation).  Just about any gun shop will have used Mossbergs.  The 16's are not very common in my region.  Pawn shops and gun shows can be good locations for older arms.

Thank you for the reply. I have always wanted one of these but the only one i can remember had a broken stock and $200 price tag. I passed and apparently they are rare in my area as well as I have not seen another.

I don't know for certain.  Side by side with a 12 ga, mine looks the same.
