I've been shooting 280 gr,.44 cal., WFNGC ,cci 350 primer, 21.9 gr H110. Now I i'm going to 280 gr. LFNGC ,same primer, same powder. The LFN will seat a little deeper, so do I need to reduce the amount of powder?

Any time you change component's its best to back off the load then work back up , in this case it may not make a big difference , however H110 / win296 are some of the most fickle & unforgiving powders to work with so backing off would be the prudent thing here .

I agree with stimpy. Back off a grain or even two and work up in .2 or .5 increments.
