Marlin 336c and Leverevolution ammo

I have a 336c in .35 Rem. on order and was wondering if the Leverevolution ammo would feed well in it. I know the XLR was designed for that ammo and have heard that there are some feeding problems in some of the older model 336s. What about the newer ones? Will I have a problem jamming or will I be ok? Would I be better off with another brand? Also, what is a good factory load for the.35 for deer and hogs? I don't handload.

The only way you will find out is to buy a box of LE ammo, fill the tube and shoot it. The LE ammo should fill all your needs for hunting with the 35 Rem.

the only factory ammo that is not a good idea for your rifle would be the Remington 150 gr pointy stuff. Everything else sold will work fine.

Mine is a 1956RC with microgroove barrel and it shoots fine and feeds all of them in the tube with out fail.  And the ammo knocks down deer quite well ;).  The mulie doe I got with it was as heavy as the 4x4 mulie buck I got the day before.  All I could do to get her in the bed of my truck by myself, had to drag her in, couldn't lift her in. All the deer I got this year are in the best shape and fatter than I have seen in the last 20 years, big gobs of fat inside by the tenderloins as well as all over the rest of the body.  Even the buck had lots of fat inside after chasing the girls around during rut.  DP
