In my earlier post, I mentioned IceHouse or Bud Ice. That's if I'm stuck doing a gun show here in Ohio. If I get around the Pittsburgh area, either Stoney's or Yuengling are the one's I choose. Especially on draft. It has been proven that a couple of beers are alot heathier than any soda pop. Way too many artificial chemicals and sweetners in them. And wasn't it Benjamin Franklin that said,''God Loves us, that's why he had somebody invent beer''  And Iron City is still in business. Their regular beer doesn't taste that great, but their Ice brand is pretty good. Especially on draft.   gypsyman

Don't drink beer anymore, but I never was too picky  ;)

If I could, I'd take Amstel or Amstel Light

Genessee Light or Pabst Blue Ribbon.  On special occasions, such as Christmas or Easter, I like a shot of Seagrams VO chased down with a Ballantyne Ale--my late, departed great-uncles favored that combination and I choke it down in their memory.

Bass ale is my "staple"... I also really like Newcastle, Leinenkugels and some of Sam Adam's darker varieties. In hot weather my favorite thirst quencher is Boddington's pub ale.

I've been in heaven since I found a homebrew recipe that reproduces Bass ale almost precisely. I hardly even experiment anymore...  ;D

Where do you buy your Leinenkugels?

I'm here in northwestern WV... The only two places that sell it around here are the liquor outlet in Morgantown and (strangely enough) an out of the way gas station in the Cheat Lake area. That sunset wheat is good stuff.

Have you ever actually tried it with the oranges?

Heck, I don't know. I've not tried it, that's why I asked. The picture on the box has a glass w/ an orange slice in it, my brother in law says it's pretty tasty that way. I guess it's kinda like people sticking a lime wedge into their Corona...
