Question about frames?

Do the new Handi's in 338 win, 7mm, and 300 win have a heavier frame? I tried searching but found nothing so forgive me if this has already been discussed.

They would have been on a new frame if they actually made them, but they never did, they were canceled in January 2008 due to lack of pre-production orders from distributors.

Figures.  I just happened to notice them in a distributers catalog I just recieved today. Thanks for the info.
