OK who shoots Class III what'a you got?
« on: August 13, 2003, 05:53:27 PM »
I shoot class III and I'm always interested in listen to what others have and what they shoot.

I shoot a Thompson West Hurley M1
a Uzi model A conversion
a MK 760
a STEN
and a supressed Ruger .22

Actually spend most of my time reloading

What'a you shooting?

I currently own a Vector full size Uzi. In the past I have owned a H&K MP5A3, and a Colt M16 R.R. Rod in Pa.

A gun club, north of the Ohio river, across from Owensboro, has monthly sub gun matches.  If you are interested.  Several individuals from Ky come across the river to whip up on us Hoosiers.  Jeff Bartlett, being one.  You might want to come by and try your luck.
I'll be in Ohio county Ky, talking real sweet to those tom turkeys for about a week starting the 15th if you don't get and answer from me.

Speaking for the wife, she has a West Hurley Thopmson 1928. I used to have Macs; 10's, 11's, suppressors, etc. Sold 'em all before they got worth much. Dang me, dang me!   Don't live far from Owensboro. Tell me some more about that shoot.

Rental guns in Manchester NH
« Reply #11 on: November 09, 2004, 02:18:25 PM »
Hi all,

The range in Manchester NH, The Firing Line, has lots of rental guns.  Some with suppressors, and some without.  They have them in handgun calibers such as the MP5, and also .223 stuff with the frangible ammo.
Success is a journey, not a destination...  Might as well enjoy the ride!!

Just remember, when seconds count, the police are only minutes away.  You can rely on 911 or on 1911. The choice is yours.

Doesn't seem like there are too many Class III folks here but I'll add my name to the list.

Colt AR15A2 registered receiver that has three Colt uppers that get swapped back and forth:
1. A2 HBAR
2. 14.5" M4
3. 10.5" 9mm

#2 & 3 run with a Colt M4 4-position collapsible stock.

Add my name to the list of title 2 owners here.  Great site.  I normally stay in the bolt action rifle & boards associated with handloading/centerfire calibers and those associated with hunting.

what do I have?

STEN Mk5 x2
1919a4 x2
Vickers (C&R)
Maxim MG08 (C&R)
MP40 x2 (1 C&R, 1 Tube)
M11/9 x3 (2 TASK, 1 stock)
M11/380
FNC x2
M16 x4
Norrell 10/22 x2
MP5
MP5k
G3k
M2 carbine (Factory, commercial)
Uzi
Chauchat (C&R)
AK47 x2
PPD 40 (C&R)
Yugo 56
Yugo 49

All transferables, bought mostly before their meteoric rise in pricing.  My favorite is what I happen to be holding at the time, although the old war horses tend to hold a soft spot in my heart.  I've also come to believe that "real" machineguns are beltfeds.  There's still a couple out there I'd like to pick up.......MG42 is at the top of that list.
hkg3k.........machineguns, my other addiction.

My MP5 PDW, the AC-556 and a couple "mufflers" all became draperies, towels, doilies and other useless crap when I upgraded to Wife 1.0.

By the sounds of things though, my McBros 50 may soon require paperwork!
