Combined Technology Ballistic Silvertip

Is the CT Ballistic Silvertip just a Nosler Ballistic Tip painted another color?  Is there any difference in the performance of their Ballistic Silvertip and their Ballistic Tip or was this just made in conjuction with a Winchester promotion?

how i understand it is that it's a normal nosler ballistic tip but is colored like the silvertips that winchester has always had. the coating is called lubalox, which to me seems like moly but apparently is not the same thing.

i loaded the CT bullets and the plain BTs, and they shot to the same point of aim with the same load.
