Check Buffalo Arms website...They carry a lot of molds for BPCR...If they don't have what you want you can have LTB or MT. Molds make you one that will fit your rifle..

The Saeco 571 (300gr, tapered) runs .3830"-.3835" on the base band.
The slightly shorter Saeco 738 (250 gr, tapered) runs .3810"-.3820" on the base band.

I have a rifle with a .382 groove diameter.  Other than the SAECOs, I haven't found any other off-the-shelf molds that will throw a bullet this large.

One of my favorite loads in the rifle is Lyman 375449 (.377 as cast in ACWW) paper patched up to .382 (no gas check) over IMR3031.

My cheapo/generic Lee produces .381 @ 260 grains....I don't size.... it's listed as a .379 @ 250...don't know why mine produces bigger...but, I'm glad it does.... Scott

You can take a lee mold, cast a very hard bullet. Drill a hole center put a screw in cut the head off. Put valve lapping compound in the groves. In the mold with a drill you can open the mold to the size you want.

My Lee 2 cavity mould goes .384. I size them to .377 for my 375 Taylor with no problem, they'd be just what you need for a 38-55.
