With the stationing of 20,00 troops for use in case of civil unrest, against the population of the United States, should the citizens form a militia to defend themself from an overly aggressive government?

I believe that in keeping with the intent of the founders of this once great nation that ALL able bodied adult males ARE A MILITIA. Do I think it might be a good idea to have some organization to the madness? Yes actually I do but in case you've not noticed any and all organized militia groups so far have immediately gone on the FBI watch list and pretty much have been labeled as criminals and are looked down upon by the media and the public in general.

Folks just really have no clue what the US Constiution is all about anymore and darn few seem willing to help enforce it or for that matter even want it enforced any longer.

The day is coming whether we stand alone or united that honest citizens of this nation are going to have to decide do they stand and fight against the forces sent by the government or do we bow and lose our freedom and liberty. The chances of maintaining it would be far great if there was a united effort but in all honesty at this point with all the laws they have in place I suspect that anyone who tries to form up such will wind up facing criminal charges or even worse be treated as a terrorist and just incarcerated with no trial.
