I am a new owner of the puma. Can't figure out the method of getting the little collar and ejector to stay in place so I can get the lever back into the bolt. Need help.

I'm sittin here chucklin to myself......Had the same problem when I took my Rossi apart. Solved the problem with a gob of grease in the collar to hold it in place. Went together with the first try.
What caliber did you buy?

Thanks, Tim. I purchased one of the older models without the safety in 45 Colt. Have desire to load 300 grain lead Keith style bullets at around 1500 FPS for feral hogs and such. Seems like a nice little carbine.
