December 14, Good morning GBO

Well I don't have to say it's COLD - Kalispell a -9* and in Cut Bank a -22* and in Billings a -14* the only thing we're going to be hunting for is the warmest spot in the house, and Double D takes the Penguin Award.

Good morning everyone. Yes it is a bit nippy this morning here in Cut Bank.  But it's a bit overstated -22?  My thermometer says it's much warmer.

And Jon, Cut Bank doesn't take the penquin award...it retains it. ;D

Yah, it was a bit snappy this morning.  You know it's cold when you walk and the snow squeeks.  Car started OK, but did turn slow to begin with.  Took a friend to RoundUp to a blackpowder club meeting and the car got warm, but not enough to consider taking off the coat.  Still better than -40 with wind like I had my first winter in Montana 30 years ago.  Swore I wasn't ever going to spend another winter here but now I don't want to live anywhere else.  Told my wife when I die, take some of my ashes and have em put in a muzzle loader and go to the mountains, cock 'er, cap 'er and touch her off. ;D   DP

DP,

I have the same idea about my final disposition. Here's what I want her to launch my ashes with.

I am going to write up a set of instructions and make up a charge for her, hum might take shots for all of me, better make two.

The first step in the instructions will say:

1. point down wind.
