The majority seems to be one picture per cannon. I think that is fair. However, a person should be able to submit multiple pictures, for viewing, and the selection group could decide on the one that would be included for the final cut. Also, if a "group photo" (multiple cannons, mortars, howitzers) is submitted, depending on quality of photo, that could also be considered, as long as one piece was selected to be "representive" of the lot. That means that individual photos of each one of the "group" should accompany the group shot. Might get more photos submittaed, cause I know there are lots of them out there!
