Where does it say on the frame or what ever you want to call it if it is an sb1 or sb2? I have two frames and can not find it on either one. One was bought as a shot gun. The other was given to me and the guy told me he has no idea where it came from. I would like to buy a 357 mag barrel for it but don't know if i can. Thank you for any help.

take off the stocks if it is solid around the bolt hole it's a SBB. If it is skeltonized it's a sb2. also check the help sticky's
They won't fit rifle barrels to shot gun frames
