Can anyone tell me the date of this pre-64 model 70 in 375 H&H?

Hey guys I have a winchester model 70 pre 64 in 375 H&H.  It has the two flip up back sights also.  The serial # is 154XXX.  Thanks for any help.

I used the lookup at the top of this forum (in the stickies section) and put in 154123.  It gave me a 1950 manufacture date for your gun.  Try it with the real serial number for a more accurate lookup.

Hi Cleveland:

Indeed your gun was made in 1950.
The starting serial # thatb year was 131581 and the ending serial 3 was 173150 with a total production that year of 41,569 guns.
